These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Redline Safety Depot website and your purchase of products or services from Redline Safety Depot, operated by Redline Fire and Safety LLC ("Redline," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing products or services from Redline Safety Depot, you agree to these Terms.

1. General Terms

Redline Safety Depot provides fire protection, emergency response, first aid, AED, life-safety, and related products and accessories.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify these Terms at any time, subject to applicable law.

You may not use our website or products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, specifications, compatibility information, pricing, and availability.

However, manufacturers may change product specifications, packaging, model numbers, designs, certifications, or other characteristics without notice. Product photographs may be representative and may not reflect minor manufacturer changes.

Customers are responsible for verifying that a product is appropriate for their intended application before purchase.

If you are unsure whether a product is appropriate or compatible with your equipment, please contact Redline Safety Depot before ordering.

3. Life-Safety Equipment

Many products sold by Redline Safety Depot are intended for fire protection, emergency medical response, occupational safety, or other life-safety applications.

Purchasing equipment from Redline Safety Depot does not replace any inspection, installation, maintenance, testing, training, licensing, or certification required by the manufacturer, applicable codes, standards, regulations, or the Authority Having Jurisdiction ("AHJ").

Unless installation or professional services are specifically included in your purchase, the purchaser is responsible for proper selection, installation, inspection, maintenance, testing, placement, and use of the equipment.

Fire extinguishers, AEDs, emergency equipment, suppression components, and other regulated or life-safety products should be installed, serviced, and maintained by appropriately qualified individuals when required.

Redline Safety Depot does not guarantee that purchasing a particular product will bring a property, business, system, or facility into compliance with any specific fire, building, occupational safety, insurance, or other regulatory requirement.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Although we make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing accuracy, typographical, technical, supplier, or other errors may occasionally occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, Redline Safety Depot reserves the right to cancel or correct the order before fulfillment.

If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Taxes, shipping charges, handling charges, and other applicable fees may be added at checkout.

5. Order Acceptance

Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order.

Redline Safety Depot reserves the right to review, decline, or cancel an order before shipment, including orders affected by:

  • Pricing or product-description errors

  • Inventory discrepancies

  • Manufacturer or distributor availability

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

  • Shipping restrictions

  • Regulatory restrictions

  • Product discontinuation

  • Errors in customer-provided information

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable payment will be refunded.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Some products sold by Redline Safety Depot may be shipped directly from Redline Safety Depot, while others may be fulfilled and shipped directly by manufacturers, distributors, or other fulfillment partners.

Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Redline Safety Depot is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, manufacturers, distributors, weather, supply-chain disruptions, incorrect addresses, governmental actions, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Additional charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.

7. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers should inspect shipments promptly upon delivery.

Any visible shipping damage, missing products, incorrect products, or other order discrepancies should be reported to Redline Safety Depot as soon as reasonably possible.

Photographs of the product, shipping carton, packaging, labels, and damage may be required to process a claim.

Customers should retain all original packaging until a shipping damage or warranty claim has been resolved.

8. Returns

Purchases from Redline Safety Depot are generally considered final sale.

Returns are not routinely accepted for products that are no longer wanted, were incorrectly ordered, or are otherwise not needed by the purchaser.

Any return authorized by Redline Safety Depot must comply with our current Return & Warranty Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Certain products, including pressurized equipment, AED products, batteries, electrode pads, medical supplies, special-order products, opened products, installed products, and other safety equipment may not be eligible for return.

9. Manufacturer Warranties

Products may be covered by warranties provided by their respective manufacturers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Redline Safety Depot does not independently provide, extend, or modify a manufacturer's warranty.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with legitimate manufacturer warranty claims involving products purchased from Redline Safety Depot.

Final warranty eligibility and the remedy provided—including repair, replacement, credit, or denial—are determined by the applicable manufacturer and its warranty terms.

10. Installation and Professional Services

Unless specifically included in the order, products purchased through Redline Safety Depot do not include installation, inspection, commissioning, training, maintenance, or other professional services.

Any separate services provided by Redline Fire and Safety LLC may be subject to additional quotes, service agreements, terms, inspection reports, or other conditions.

11. Codes, Standards, and Regulatory Compliance

Fire and life-safety requirements may vary based on jurisdiction, occupancy, application, equipment type, and the interpretation of the applicable Authority Having Jurisdiction.

Product information or recommendations provided by Redline Safety Depot are not a substitute for approval from an AHJ, fire marshal, building official, engineer, manufacturer, insurance provider, or other authority where such approval is required.

The purchaser is responsible for determining applicable requirements for their property, facility, equipment, or intended use.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REDLINE FIRE AND SAFETY LLC AND REDLINE SAFETY DEPOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE PURCHASE, INSTALLATION, FAILURE, MISUSE, OR USE OF ANY PRODUCT SOLD THROUGH REDLINE SAFETY DEPOT.

This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of business, property damage, business interruption, or other consequential losses to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Improper Use or Modification

Redline Safety Depot is not responsible for damage, injury, equipment failure, or other losses resulting from improper installation, improper maintenance, unauthorized modification, misuse, abuse, neglect, failure to follow manufacturer instructions, or use of a product outside its intended application.

14. Third-Party Products and Manufacturers

Redline Safety Depot sells products manufactured by third parties.

Product names, trademarks, logos, specifications, and other intellectual property belonging to manufacturers remain the property of their respective owners.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the sale of a manufacturer's product does not imply that Redline Safety Depot is the manufacturer of that product.

15. Website Content

All original website content belonging to Redline Safety Depot, including text, graphics, logos, branding, photographs, layouts, and other materials, may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without authorization, except as permitted by law.

16. Fraudulent Transactions

We reserve the right to cancel, hold, or request additional verification for orders that appear fraudulent, suspicious, unauthorized, or otherwise present an unreasonable risk.

Providing false payment, identity, billing, shipping, resale, or account information may result in cancellation of an order.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising from purchases from Redline Safety Depot or use of this website shall be handled in the appropriate courts located in the State of Ohio.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

19. Changes to These Terms

Redline Safety Depot may update these Terms periodically.

The version posted on our website at the time of use or purchase will apply, subject to applicable law. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page identifies the most recent revision.
